Learn to Hike!

Want to hike outdoors, but are nervous to try? Don't know where to start? This session is an in-clinic group session facilitated by Taylor Comfort. In this in-clinic session we will discuss why hiking is becoming Vancouver's #1 activity, how to get started, and safety considerations.

Taylor backs her movement knowledge with BCRPA Fitness Theory certification and a deep understanding of training principles. At Elios, she crafts climbing-specific training plans, leads outdoor intro sessions, and builds programs that get people strong enough to move better—indoors and out.
