our awesome team

Robin Martin Seedhouse (he/him), Registered Massage Therapist

Robin has more than 15 years of coaching in gymnastics, circus, strength and conditioning.  He is passionate about helping people overcome their physical setbacks and troubleshooting their barriers to progress, which more often than not were injury-related.

His sport training began shortly after walking, when his dad strapped him into skis and pointed him down the bunny run at Cypress. Since then, bouldering, sport climbing and hiking have dominated his free time. His formal training began with gymnastics and trampoline, and over the years has grown to encompass parkour, tricking, breakdancing and martial arts, such as wushu, muay thai, wrestling and jiu jitsu. Robin eventually ran away with the circus, coaching with a focus on ground and partner acrobatics, hand balancing, and teeterboard.

Climbing RMT Robin loves nothing more than helping people come back from puzzling or long term injuries, and seeing the moment when pain free movement is able to click back into place.

Raquel Tjernagel, Sports Physiotherapy Student and Sports Massage

Raquel combines her strong background in sports, health, and coaching to help people move with confidence and feel their best. She has had the honour of representing Canada in track and field at the World Youth and World Junior Championships, as well as the Pan American Games—experiences that shaped both her discipline and her understanding of performance at the highest level.

Her athletic journey continued in the NCAA Division I system, where she competed on scholarship for both the University of Texas and the University of Washington. While completing her MSc in Physiotherapy in London, Raquel also trained with the Linford Christie Track Academy—an opportunity that further deepened her commitment to movement, recovery, and injury prevention.

Now, as a coach with the Vancouver Thunderbirds and in preparation to become a registered physiotherapist, Raquel combines academic training with lived experience to support individuals in achieving their physical goals. Her work is grounded in empathy, clear communication, and a dedication to lifelong learning. She strives to create a supportive, empowering space for each client—whether they’re working toward peak performance, recovering from training, or simply aiming to move and feel better in their daily lives.

In her free time, Raquel enjoys being with family, hiking, chasing new personal bests in the gym, and unwinding through painting.

Erin Beggs,
RMT Student

Erin’s journey into bodywork started high off the ground. With roots in circus aerials and flying trapeze, she found an early love for movement, height, and challenge—three things that naturally pulled her into the world of rope access. She earned her IRATA Level 3 in November 2023 and spent years suspended from high-rises, rigging over bridges, and working avalanche control in the backcountry. Now, she’s charting a new course—one closer to the ground but just as connected to the body in motion.

Currently in her second year of massage school, Erin is building a solid foundation in Swedish massage, myofascial release, and deep tissue techniques. Her approach is informed by years of reading tension through ropes and harnesses, and she brings that same curiosity and intuitive awareness to every treatment. When she’s not on the table or hitting the books, you’ll likely find her deep in BC’s backcountry—on foot, by bike, or spinning clay at the wheel.

Erin offers a calm, grounded presence and a deep respect for the body’s story—whether it’s shaped by the circus, the mountains, or the everyday climb back to balance.

Jeremy Ivey (he/him), Sports Massage

Jeremy brings over 16 years of experience in high-performance sport, including coaching rowing for Team Canada at the Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 Olympic Games. His extensive coaching background has provided him with a deep understanding of what individuals need to perform at their best and recover effectively.

He holds a Master of Science in Exercise and Sports Studies from Smith College, a program that combines interdisciplinary learning in social science and scientific principles of exercise and sports. Additionally, he earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Mercyhurst University, gaining comprehensive knowledge in athletic training, exercise science, and physical therapy.

An avid runner with a passion for the outdoors, Jeremy is dedicated to sport and fitness in both his personal and professional life. Originally from St. John’s, Newfoundland, he is committed to helping people of all levels reach their full potential while prioritizing their physical well-being. Specializing in customized massage sessions, Jeremy tailors appointments to meet the specific needs of each client—whether recovering from injury, enhancing performance, or reducing tension.

Hannah Gillingham (she/her), RMT Student

Hannah studies movement, trains hard, and digs deep into what makes bodies perform and recover.

She earned her Kinesiology degree with Distinction, focusing on Exercise Science, and now trains at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy to sharpen her manual therapy skills and anatomical knowledge. She blends clinical curiosity with athletic experience to help people move better, get stronger, and stay in the game.

She competed for three seasons with the UFV Cascades basketball team and worked on the sidelines as a Student Athletic Trainer. There, she supported teammates through injury, built rehab programs, and gained hands-on experience in recovery and performance care.

She hikes, she camps, and she climbs. Since moving to Vancouver, she’s chased ridgelines with her dog and tackled some incredible backcountry trips. Climbing recently pulled her in, and she’s spent the last year learning rope systems, building technique, and testing strength on Lower Mainland crags.

She thrives in a community that moves with intention and lives for the outdoors. At the clinic, she brings energy, focus, and a commitment to helping others feel capable in their bodies—on the wall, in the mountains, and everywhere in between.

Taylor Comfort (she/her), Personal Training & Outdoor Experiences

Taylor trains hard and climbs harder—on gear, on stone, and on plastic. She boulders and trad climbs year-round, switching between Squamish granite and gym circuits with ease and intensity. Born and raised in Vancouver, she grew up chasing summits, paddling coastlines, and carving ski lines through local mountains. Climbing hooked her early, and she’s been doubling down on the send life ever since.

Taylor backs her movement knowledge with BCRPA Fitness Theory certification and a deep understanding of training principles. At Elios, she crafts climbing-specific training plans, leads outdoor intro sessions, and builds programs that get people strong enough to move better—indoors and out.

Catch her in the clinic on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays — or out on the rock, where she’s most at home.

Cameron Hunt (he/him), Kinesiologist

Cameron loves being a kinesiologist, and has been a practicing member of the British Columbian Association of Kinesiologists since 2007, and he blends clinical precision with mountain-seasoned grit. Cameron moves through the world like he coaches: with purpose, curiosity, and a deep respect for the process. His approach fuses strength training, and movement re-education — all aimed at dialing in body mechanics and building performance that actually transfers to real life, whether that's pulling a crux or chasing a friend up a trail.

Known for helping climbers and mountain athletes bust through pain, plateaus, and overtraining traps, Cameron doesn’t just get people stronger, he gets them moving better, and for longer. He’s got a gift for making complex ideas feel intuitive and building systems that stick. At the core, it’s about unlocking confidence and joy through movement.

After being named Squamish’s best personal trainer three years running, Cameron moved back to Vancouver to support his daughter’s schooling — and soon found a kindred crew at Elios Health. A long-time climber and route developer, his resume includes proud ticks like Sir Donald and the NE Buttress of Slesse, but also deep investment in the community: co-developing classics like Spirit of Squamish, The Parking Lot Wall, and St. Bernard with Aaron Kristianson. In 2024, he earned the Golden Scrub Brush Award, a nod to his love for the dirty work behind clean lines.

When he’s not climbing, you’ll find him chasing snow or dirt, balancing fitness and fatherhood, and helping others do the same.
